Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary based on location, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking information and ensure a secure delivery location.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or circumstances outside of our control.
High-value orders may require signature confirmation or insured shipping for delivery.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos and supporting documentation may be required to process your claim.
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please:

Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work directly with the shipping carrier to file a claim.

In most cases, once a claim is approved, we can reship the item at no additional cost
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

Final Sale Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

Refund Policy
Once a return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Product Variations Disclaimer
Please note that jewelry pieces may feature natural stones, handmade elements, or unique finishes. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or natural materials. These variations are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve any issues directly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in order restrictions or account suspension.
